Return and Refund Policy

Right to cancel

The withdrawal period is 24 hours for standard shipping (7-12 working days) and 2 hours for express shipping (2 working days) from placing the order.


Change (if applicable)

We will only exchange items within 30 days if they are faulty, damaged or returns have been initiated. Replacement items cannot be exchanged or claimed. Send us an email to info@luxe-cosmetics.com.


Shipping costs and returns

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping. Return shipping will be made to the USA as that is where our warehouse is located.

You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are not refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

Please contact support before initiating a return. The support service will take care of it immediately.

Consequences of revocation

If you revoke this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from the fact that you have chosen a type of delivery other than the most favorable standard delivery offered by us), without any undue delay and no later than 30 days from the day on which we have received notification of your revocation of this contract. For this refund, we will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction, unless otherwise expressly agreed with you; In no case will you be charged commissions for this refund.

We may refuse to refund you until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever condition comes first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods to us before the 30-day period expires.

You will bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You will only have to pay for the loss in value of the goods if said loss in value is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary to check their condition, properties and operation.

Subscription and chargebacks

We offer a subscription service. By subscribing to our service, you confirm that you accept our Terms of Service. Your subscription will automatically renew on a recurring basis, at which time your credit card will be automatically charged for the subscription products until you cancel your subscription, either by contacting our customer service team at info@luxe- cosmetics.com or by accessing your user profile and manually canceling your subscription. Taxes and shipping charges may apply. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Subscriptions section of your account.


I am not satisfied with the product or it does not meet my expectations. How can I return it?

To do this, contact customer service info@luxemen.co and describe your problem to us. You will receive a response within 48 hours.
Customer service will provide you with all additional information regarding the return.


How long does it take to receive a response about my return?

Typically, your return will be processed within one week. During busy periods, it can take up to 30 days. You will know because you will see that the amount of your purchase has been refunded. If you have any questions, please contact support.

The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties and any applicable taxes.

The customer is responsible for the direct cost of return shipping.

You can opt for a tracked shipping service or purchase shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your return shipment.
