Shipping Policy
En Luxe Cosmetics, our goal is to provide you with the best shipping options, no matter where you live. We deliver to hundreds of customers every day and strive to offer the highest level of responsiveness.
PROCESSING TIME
Once confirmed, your order will take 1 to 2 business days to process, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.
We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. Please allow up to 2 business days for processing (e.g., if you place an order on Monday, your order should ship on Tuesday or Wednesday).
You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking link once your order has been shipped. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to be available after receiving the shipping confirmation. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier.
DELIVERY TIME

- Mexico: 7-9 business days
Please note that these are only estimates; orders may arrive earlier or later than expected. Delivery may take longer due to courier delays. If you have not received your order after the estimated time frame, please contact us with your order number so we can investigate.
HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping to our customers:
- DHL Standard Shipping with Insurance and Tracking: Free
- Premium Shipping with Insurance – Your order will be prioritized: $4.99 USD
This includes insurance in case of theft, loss, or damage to the package.
CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?
As soon as you place an order, you will receive a tracking number via email. If you have not received a tracking number, you can contact customer service at www.luxe-cosmetics.com.

MY PACKAGE HAS NOT BEEN DELIVERED WITHIN THE INDICATED TIMEFRAME. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact customer service within 21 days by emailing info@luxe-cosmetics.com. The carrier will provide us with information about your package's location. If you contact us after 21 days, we may not be able to locate your package.
I ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS OR WANT TO CANCEL MY ORDER. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Please contact customer service within 24 hours by emailing info@luxe-cosmetics.com. We will handle your issue directly.
MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED. WHAT SHOULD I DO?
We will only replace items within 30 days if they are defective, damaged, or returned. Replacement items cannot be exchanged or claimed again. Please email us at info@luxe-cosmetics.com for assistance.
